Inspection
Asbestos Inspection
Identification and a written report, as required for compliance.
Who it is for. Homeowners, sellers and buyers of properties built or altered before the mid-1990s.
When to book it. Before renovation, demolition, or when a bank or conveyancer asks for it.
What we check
- Suspect materials identified and located — roof sheeting, ceilings, eaves, pipe lagging
- Condition assessed: intact, damaged, or friable
- Written report for your records or your conveyancer
Undisturbed asbestos in good condition is often best left alone. Breaking it up is what makes it dangerous.
Sampling to International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants procedures, laboratory analysed
