When to book it. When you know something is wrong but cannot find it.
What we check
- Hidden water behind walls, under floors and above ceilings
- Missing or slumped ceiling insulation
- Overheating circuits and connections at the distribution board
- Concealed plumbing leaks under slabs
Thermal imaging shows temperature, not moisture. Every thermal finding is confirmed with a moisture meter before it goes in the report.
